  • Device RETURNED b/c the gouttes didn't have contrast with the sable field thanks to the "new" rule about maintained charges counting for difference (apparently even relatively insignificant artistic details).

Process Notes:

Forms

Save forms, then upload documentation/worksheets. Then mark "consult done".

You can't upload worksheet artwork until AFTER the form is saved. (And presumably same for "name" worksheet JPG. What about documentation PDFs?)

THEN when confirmed worksheet uploaded (check at bottom of forms page) mark "Consult complete".

Artwork:

• Draw images, clean up in Paint, import into Inkscape to turn into vector art and clean up.
• Download "art jpg" from VHP, import into Inscape, edit in the vector art, edit page size of selection
• Export "page" as PNG 2550 x 3501 size,
• Open PNG in Paint, convert to JPG, upload into VHP.
• Line drawing without lt gray shading. Color image needs gray shading if otherwise B&W so program can "see" the difference from the line drawing.

Artwork

Download the "art" jpg form (since it has the barcode) unlike the "form" jpg form.

Import into the device Inkscape file, separate for color and line art. Re-size the art into the form without changing the size of the form.

Export the arted-up forms as PNG dictating 2550 x 3501 size, since Inkscape changes the size of the forms on importing.

Open the PNG files in Paint to change into JPGs.

Upload the JPG files onto the VHP. If successfully, a thumbnail of the device image will immediately appear. Expect separate thumbnails for the color and B&W line art.
